The primary feature of NIROB SCANNER is that it operates entirely offline.

• No Server Uploads: Any data you scan or generate (QR codes, Barcodes, text, or URLs) is processed locally on your device.

• Data Storage: We do not host, store, or upload your scanned history or generated codes to any external servers or cloud services. Your data stays on your phone.

2. Information Collection and Use

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.

3. Permissions Required

To provide you with a seamless scanning experience, our app requires the following permissions:

• Camera Access: Required to scan QR codes and Barcodes in real-time. We do not record, save, or transmit any images or videos from your camera.

• Storage Access (Optional): Required only if you wish to save a generated QR code image to your device’s gallery or scan an image already stored on your phone.

• Flashlight Access: Used solely to improve scanning accuracy in low-light environments.

4. Third-Party Services

Since NIROB SCANNER is an offline utility tool:

• We do not use third-party tracking or analytics (like Firebase Analytics or Flurry).

• We do not share any information with third-party advertisers.

• Note: If you download the app from the Google Play Store, Google may collect certain device-related information (like model or OS version) for crash reporting and app updates, governed by Google’s own Privacy Policy.

5. Security

The security of your data is guaranteed by the fact that it never leaves your device. However, we recommend that you secure your mobile device with a password or biometric lock to prevent unauthorized access to your scanned history.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our app is safe for everyone. We do not knowingly collect any information from children, as the app does not collect information from anyone.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app or legal requirements. Any changes will be updated on this page with a new "Effective Date."
